Research Focus:
I have been devoted to the investigation of computational light field imaging theories and intelligent data processing technologies. I have demonstrated the coding mechanism of high spatial-temporal resolution light field, which has broken through the bottleneck of the spatial-temporal resolution of the conventional light field imaging system. I have proposed an unsupervised microscopic image transformation method, which has got rid of the dilemma of cross-modality optical microscopy under the restriction of physical environment. And I have constructed an intelligent medical image analysis model to assist the clinical diagnosis, which has overcome the application problem of deep learning algorithm in clinical practice. My future work plans to investigate the high-dimensional and high-throughput light field imaging and the data processing and analysis.
